廣西柳州小吃「螺獅粉」憑藉獨特口味成為 2020 年全網最紅美食，經常賣斷貨，甚至火到海外。

本著吃瓜（好學）的心態，同學們一定十分想知道網紅「螺螄粉」的英文名，可誰知道它就叫 Luosifen ！

（3）Cooking

簡單說下食物的烹飪方式和過程。常見的烹飪方式有：煮 boil、炸 fry、烤 grill、燉 stew、烘焙 bake。

（4）Taste

說出食物的味道、口感和自己的喜惡才會帶給人更真實、具體的印象，使你的形容言之有物。

口味 flavor 可以用豐富 rich、濃鬱 tangy，寡淡 bland 來形容，當然也可是清晰直白的酸 sour 甜 sweet 苦 bitter 辣 spicy。

口感 texture 可能是硬的 tough、耐嚼的 chewy、柔軟 tender、多汁 juicy、嘎嘣脆 crunchy、軟而稠 mushy、彈牙 bouncy。

表達喜歡這個食物可以用 great、delicious、amazing、fantastic，而不喜歡常用 awful、terrible、disgusting 這三個詞。

Step 3

對號入座，將你要描述的食物的特徵按照上面的框架羅列出來。
