軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈的製作方法

本發明涉及LED球泡燈領域,尤其是一種具有高發光均勻度與大角度照射範圍的軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈。
背景技術:
:當前,鑑於LED具有高效能、高演色性、環保、節能及使用壽命長等諸多優點,各界皆趨向以LED作為發光源製造各式照明燈具。以照明球泡燈為例,早期的球泡燈採用鎢絲做為發光源,通過通電利用電阻將鎢絲加熱至白熾以發出光線進行照明,該種球泡燈的發光特性近似為點光源,因此當其進行照明時可達到360度全周光的發光效能。如前述,現今採用LED作為燈具光源已為趨勢,但是,當前的LED球泡燈於球泡燈內的光源多半設計為發光面朝上並與發光角度垂直,但同時因球泡燈的外形結構對光會產生遮蔽效果,因此致使現有的LED球泡燈的發光角度不夠大,並多呈現光線過於集中以及具狹隘發光角度的狀態,且亦受限於LED的發光角度與總出光流明等特性限制,使現有的LED球泡燈無法如同傳統白熾燈具有極為均勻與廣角發光的光線達到全周光的均勻照明效果。故LED球泡燈仍須致力朝向提升照射角度與光線均勻度的目標進行設計與改善,以使LED球泡燈可提供更佳的照明效能。因此,為了改善利用LED球泡燈的發光效能,當前相關業者多採用三維照明角度的設置方式,以提升LED球泡燈的照射角度,使之可更趨向鎢絲燈的全周光照明狀態。如圖1~圖4所示,其為目前市面常見的各類LED球泡燈1。圖1所示的LED球泡燈1,其採用將LED光源10直立設置的方式,直接對四周發光以增大出光角度;圖2所示的LED球泡燈1,亦將 LED光源10直立設置,並相較於圖1的LED球泡燈1,其能夠提升LED光源10的設置數量使其形成更多面向的三維照明角度,以產生更多角度的出光;圖3所示的LED球泡燈1,則是利用電路基板11的多角度拼裝,以供其上LED光源10的光線可射向各角度;圖4所示則是於LED光源10上方增加一二次光學透鏡12,以達到擴大照射角度形成全周光照明的目的。但是,如上述各種方式,皆可見相較於傳統發光面朝上的LED球泡燈,在調整LED光源10設置方向時須重新設計與考慮,甚至連同用以安裝LED光源10的區域亦須重新設計,且如圖1中的LED球泡燈1,明顯可見其僅具有兩個LED光源10設置區域,因此仍有光線無法到達的照射角度。再者,如圖2及圖3中的LED球泡燈1,其亦為目前相當常見的三維照明角度設計方式,為了提升LED光源10的出光角度,必須增加LED光源10的設置數量,相對地用以設置LED光源10的支架或電路基板12的數量亦須隨之提升,因此大幅增加了製造與組裝成本。且雖皆屬三維照明角度,但如前述,LED球泡燈1的外型亦會影響LED光源10的發光角度,故針對相異的LED球泡燈1則需逐一設計符合出光角度的支架或電路基板11。此外,如圖4,亦有業者採用於LED光源10外增設二次光學透鏡12的方式,使光線通過二次光學透鏡12擴大照射角度,此種方式則需另於LED球泡燈1設置其餘元件,從而提升了製造成本與組裝時間。因此,當前為了提升LED球泡燈的出光角度與均勻度所採用的方式均大幅提升製造上所需成本,以及組裝時間與設計難易度等,雖可略為解決LED球泡燈於發光效能方面的問題,但是實際上仍存有多項缺失。故本發明人構思一種軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈,希望可有效解決現有的LED球泡燈問題,進一步提昇平面發光的LED球泡燈照射角度與發光均勻度,免除繁複的光源設置方式並降低生產成本。技術實現要素:本發明的一目的在於提供一種軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈,其可調整發 光面向上的LED出光角度,並均勻化整體光線均勻度,以提供極佳的類全周光的廣角發光角度與照射光線均勻度。為了達到上述目的,本發明提供的一種軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈包括一燈罩、一基板及一底座,該基板設置於該底座上,且該基板上設置有多個LED發光源;該燈罩端緣與該底座連接,從而使該基板被罩設於該燈罩內,其中,該燈罩不同部位的厚度不相同,且該燈罩頂部厚度大於該燈罩側邊厚度,供該多個LED發光源設於空間中一極坐標原點位置,當該多個LED發光源的照明指向朝向該極坐標0度方向時,該多個LED發光源的光線通過該燈罩後,在該極坐標位置135度至180度之間的光通量至少為該多個LED發光源的總光通量的5%;以及在該極坐標位置0度至135度之間,至少90%空間位置處的光強度I與該極坐標位置0度至135度之間的平均發光強度Iavg之間滿足以下關係式:(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%。其中,極坐標+30度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩厚度與極坐標+90度至+30度範圍內的該燈罩厚度之比為(1.8~3):1,以及極坐標+30度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩厚度與極坐標-90度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩厚度之比為(1.8~3):1,於此比例範圍內,可使本發明於同時符合最佳的發光均勻度與廣角照射角度條件外,更可達到最佳的照明效能。此外,該燈罩內面的剖面邊緣線可呈弧線,或為具有多個轉折點的一曲線,且該曲線左右對稱,且該燈罩內面頂端至該基板的距離為50mm~60mm,及該燈罩外圍最大寬度距離為58mm~70mm。綜上所述,本發明提供的軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈,能夠有效提升利用LED作為光源的球泡燈的發光效能通過非均勻厚度的該燈罩降低LED發光源於特定角度產生的過強光線,使球泡燈於預定出光角度的光線更趨 該燈罩20端緣與該底座22連接,從而使該基板21被罩設於該燈罩20內。該軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈2的特徵在於,該燈罩20不同部位的厚度不相同,且該燈罩20頂部的厚度相對大於該燈罩20側邊的厚度,使該燈罩20呈現非均勻厚度的狀態,該多個LED發光源211設於空間中一極坐標原點位置,且當該多個LED發光源211的照明指向朝該極坐標0度方向時,該多個LED發光源211的光線通過該燈罩後,在該極坐標位置135度至180度之間的光通量至少為該多個LED發光源的總光通量的5%;以及在該極坐標位置0度至135度之間,至少90%空間位置處的光強度I與該極坐標位置0度至135度之間的平均發光強度Iavg之間滿足關係式(|I-Iavg|/Iavg)<25%,藉此使該軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈2的發光狀態具有更佳的均勻度與照射廣度,以達類全周光的發光效果。其中,該燈罩20的厚度越大,其造成光線反射的效果越佳,亦即更可達到近全周光的照明效果,但相對地該多個LED發光源211投射出該燈罩20的發光強度及亮度亦會減弱,因此,該多個LED發光源211的光線隨該燈罩20的厚度提升而產生漸弱的發光強度及趨向廣闊的照射角度,反之,隨該燈罩20的厚度減少而產生漸強的發光強度及趨向狹隘的照射角度,可知光線的呈現根據該燈罩20厚度的不同而具有趨向式的改變。因此,經由對該燈罩20厚度的調整即可改變該多個LED發光源211的發光角度與強度,但是,若想在符合上述光通量與發光強度的要求下,使該軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈2具有更好的照明效果,可進一步定義該燈罩20的厚度比例。以下為針對該燈罩20的厚度於極坐標+30度至-30度範圍與極坐標+90度至+30度範圍內以及-90度至-30度範圍內的各厚度比例(以下簡稱為該燈罩20厚度比例)進行光學實驗後所得數據。且經實驗後可得於極坐標+30度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩20厚度相對於極坐標+90度至+30度範圍內以及-90度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩20厚度,其比例為(1.8~3):1時,可同時符合上述對於光通量與發光強度的限定,並使該軸對稱發光的LED球泡 明效能,並同時維持一定的發光強度,結合上述實驗結果,限定於極坐標+30度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩20厚度相對於極坐標+90度至+30度範圍內以及-90度至-30度範圍內的該燈罩20厚度,其比例為(1.8~3):1,使該軸對稱發光的LED球泡燈2於符合上述光通量與發光強度的條件外,更可達最佳發光效率與均勻性。其中,較佳者,該燈罩20內面的剖面線邊緣可為弧線,或呈具有多個轉折點的一曲線,且該曲線左右對稱,於本實施例中,以該燈罩20內面的剖面線邊緣為弧線示意說明。此外,該燈罩20內面頂端至該基板21的距離值L為50mm~60mm,該燈罩20外圍最大寬度值W距離為58mm~70mm。綜上所述,本發明針對發光面向上的LED球泡燈,通過非均勻厚度的該燈罩20有效降低該多個LED發光源211於特定角度的光線強度,使光線擴散以於預定出光角度達成均勻出光,以獲得均勻的發光效果及大角度照射範圍效能,有效改善現行LED球泡燈發光不均與光線角度過於集中的缺失。以上所述僅為本發明的較佳實施例而已,並非用以限定本發明實施的範圍;故在不脫離本發明的精神與範圍下所作的均等變化與修飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的保護範圍內。當前第1頁1&nbsp2&nbsp3&nbsp
