刷牙英語的表達（刷牙時擠牙膏）

咱們的小夥伴們，一大早醒來最先幹的第一件事，肯定是擠牙膏刷牙了，要不然就太臭了。今天咱們一起來學習一下，關於「刷牙擠牙膏」的一些英文說法吧！

toothpaste -- 牙膏

toothbrush -- 牙刷

如果想要表達「一管牙膏，一支牙刷」，咱們的小夥伴們會不會有點蒙呢？

a tube of toothpaste -- 一管牙膏

a toothbrush -- 一支牙刷

I bought a tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush.

我買了一管牙膏和一隻牙刷。

Damn it! We are almost out of toothpaste.

真是的，牙膏都快用完了。

The toothpaste is all used up.

牙膏都用完了。

咱們小夥伴們在牙膏快用完的時候，肯定都幹過「擠牙膏」的事呢!

squeeze -- v. （用手）使勁地擠，捏

squeeze the toothpaste -- 擠牙膏

Squeeze the toothpaste onto your toothbrush.

把牙膏擠到牙刷上。

Roll the tube up from the bottom. Then squeeze the toothpaste out.

把牙膏管從底部往上卷，然後把牙膏擠出來。
