borrow的用法和lend的用法（有借有還borrow與）

Can I borrow your bike? 我可以借用你的自行車嗎？

I never lend books; you never get them back. 我的書決不外借，因為總是有去無回。

Some people neither borrows nor lends. 有的人既不借也不貸。

She lent him some money. 她借給他一些錢。

She lent some money to him. 她借給他一些錢。

這樣用的 lend 有時還可用於被動語態。如：

You were lent ten thousand pounds last year. 去年借給你1萬英鎊。

但是注意，borrow 不能接雙賓語，即不能用於 borrow sb sth；要表示向某人借某物，英語可用borrow sth from sb。如：

誤：He borrowed her some money.

正：He borrowed some money from her. 他向她借了一些錢。

Can I borrow your pen for a moment? 你的鋼筆我可以借用一會兒嗎？

He borrowed a car from a friend for a few days. 他向朋友借汽車用了幾天。

Could you lend me five pounds until tomorrow? 你借給我5英鎊，明天還你，行嗎？
