本課要側重學習的是賓語從句（間接引語）的用法。

與之前所學的賓語從句（間接引語）不同的是，本課側重的是疑問句用作賓語從句（間接引語）的用法。

（一）一般疑問句

當直接引語為一般疑問句時，轉換為間接引語後，引語部分的內容要用whether或if來連接。如：

Jason said to Kate, 'Are you going there on foot?'

Jason asked Kate whether/if she was going there on foot.

再比如：

Jason said to Kate, 'Did you see the film last night?'

Jason asked Kate whether/if she had seen the film the night before.

又比如：

Jason said to Kate, 'Have you ever been to Paris?'

Jason asked Kate whether/if she had ever been to Paris.

【注意】

1、主句中的said to要改為asked；

2、whether/if所引導的從句句末還可以加上or not。

3、whether/if所引導的句子必須要採用陳述句語序，不能倒裝。

（二）特殊疑問句

當直接引語為特殊疑問句時，轉換為間接引語後，引語部分的內容就用直接引語中的特殊疑問詞來連接。如：

Jason said to Kate, 'How are you going there?'

Jason asked Kate how she was going there.

再比如：

Jason said to Kate, 'What did you do last night?'

Jason asked Kate what she had done the night before.

又比如：

Jason said to Kate, 'How many times have you been to Paris?'

Jason asked Kate how many times she had been to Paris.

【注意】

1、主句中的said to要改為asked；

2、特殊疑問詞所引導的句子必須要採用陳述句語序，不能倒裝。

（三）注意

1、當把直接引語轉換為間接引語時，要注意人稱變化、時態變化和句型變化三大原則要同時使用；

2、更多有關間接引語的內容，到了第二冊裡，每個單元還會進行複習，並新增更多的內容，比如當直接引語為祈使句時的用法。
