Drawing a snake with legs

One day, some men get a bottle of wine. It’s not enough for each of them to drink. But it’s enough for one man to have a good drink. So they have to decide who will drink this bottle of wine.

Then they have an idea: they have a match-draw a snake. Who is the first , who has the wine.

So they begin to draw. After a while, a man finishes. He looks around and sees other people are still drawing. He thinks : 「I have much time, let me make this snake perfect」. Then he draws 4 legs for the snake. At this moment, another man finishes ,too. He picks up the bottle and begins to drink.

The first man stops him and says: 「I am the first. I should drink the wine」.

another man says: 「 Look at your snake, it has 4 legs. But snakes have no legs. So you draw a wrong snake.」

Then he drinks the wine happily.

單詞：

men 男人（ 它是man的複數形式）

get 得到，弄到 a bottle of 一瓶，一壺

wine 酒 enough 足夠的

each 每一個 each of them 他們每個人

have a good drink 好好喝一頓

decide 決定 match 比賽

have a match 舉行一次比賽

snake 蛇 begin 開始

after a while 過了一會兒

finish 完成（這裡用的是finish的第三人稱單數

形式，末尾加es）

譯文：

一天，幾個人得到了一壺酒。它不夠每個人喝，但是它夠一個人好好喝一頓。所以他們決定由誰來喝這壺酒。

然後他們有了一個主意：他們舉行一次比賽—畫一條蛇。誰第一個畫好誰喝酒。

於是他們開始畫。過了一會兒，一個人完成了。他向周圍看了一圈，看見其他人仍然在畫。

他想：我還有很多時間。我來讓這條蛇更完美一些吧。然後他給蛇畫了4條腿。這時，另一個人也畫好了。他拿起酒開始喝了起來。

第一個人攔住他說：「我是第一個畫好的，我應該喝酒」

另一個人說：「看你的蛇，它有4條腿。但是蛇沒有腿。所以你畫了一條錯誤的蛇」

然後他開心的喝起了酒。
