今天小編繼續總結英語中形容詞和副詞的用法。這一節我們來介紹形容詞、副詞的比較級、最高級和一些重要句型。

比較級和最高級的轉換

tall taller tallest

small smaller smallest

nice nicer nicest

cute cuter cutest

雙寫尾字母，再加 er 或 est

fat fatter fattest

hot hitter hottest

變y 為i，再加er 或 est

easy easier easiest

heavy heavier heaviest

加more和most

elder和older的區別：

elder 指血緣關係上「年長的」，常修飾人，

用來表示出生順序的前後和年齡的長幼

The elder sister gave her little sister an apple.

older 指「年紀較大的，較老的，較舊的」，修飾人或物都行。

The older man in the photo is my grandfather.

farther/ˈfɑːðər/ 和further/ˈfɜːrðər/的區別：

farther 指距離更遠或者可測量的距離來表示距離更長。

We are not able to see farther than 30 meters.

Her house is farther than mine.

further 指意義上的距離或深度。

I think we need to go further, to reach the exact location.

我想我們得走得更遠，才能到達準確的位置。

原級形式句型

Kimi is as famous(形) as Angela.

Kimi can run as quickly(副) as Angela

比較級形式句型

在形容詞比較級的前面經常會放一些詞表示程度比如：

much \ a bit \ a little

I am much shorter than Yaoming.

This class is much more insteresting than that one.

I am a bit taller than you.

It’s getting hotter and hotter.

The day is becoming longer and longer.

You are more and more beautiful.

表示前面的事情怎麼樣，後面的事情就會變得怎麼樣。

The more you eat, the fatter you will be.

The harder you work, the greater progress you』ll make.

China is bigger than any other country in Asia.

Yao Ming is taller than any other player in China.

Mike is more intelligent than any other student in his class.

最高級形式句型

最高級 in 集體名詞

He is the tallest boy in our class.

He is the most famous person in China.

最高級 of 名詞複數

He is the tallest student of us.
