Week 71-72

ScalersTalk成長會聽力狂練小組是ScalersTalk旗下專攻聽力訓練的子群。為了進一步促進學習效果，ScalersTalk聽力小組自2016年起，已經轉為成長會內部小組，不再接受外部申請。

一.每周復盤規則

1.每日聽寫：

聽寫材料群論壇自取，進群論壇方式請看群公告。群內成員每天上傳自己的全文聽寫情況及聽寫正確率截圖（必做一），做完聽寫之後請及時複習，並且提交自己的每日復盤總結（必做二）。每日復盤總結模式分為以下幾個方面，請任選一種模式進行整理，並將復盤成果發送到群內：

（1）初級模式：對生詞、短語、語音及背景知識進行總結，整理成文字材料發送至群內；

（2）中級模式：提取材料中生詞、短語搭配或者句式連接進行造句訓練，並發送至群內。

（3）高級模式：對材料進行複述或者summary，提煉要點，並將你的複述或者summary通過語音發送至群內。

2.周六晚7點復盤：

周復盤將採取輪流主持的機制，群內所有成員將被分成5組，各組輪流承擔每周復盤工作。每組在復盤時推舉一名輪值主持，全程帶領群內所有成員進行復盤。

宗旨是為推動已工業化的發達國家和新興市場國家之間就實質性問題進行開放及有建設性的討論和研究，以尋求合作並促進國際金融穩定和經濟的持續增長，按照以往慣例，國際貨幣基金組織與世界銀行列席該組織的會議。20國集團成員涵蓋面廣，代表性強，該集團的GDP佔全球經濟的90%，貿易額佔全球的80%，因此已取代G8成為全球經濟合作的主要論壇。

G20的成立為國際社會齊心協力應對經濟危機，推動全球治理機制改革帶來了新動力和新契機全球治理開始從「西方治理」向「西方和非西方共同治理」轉變。

第一次石油危機

斯諾登事件
