...thankyouforworkingthoselong,hardhours.Thankyoufordroppingeverything,leavingworkorschool,travelingtoplacesthatyou'veneverbeen,sometimesformonthsonend.Andthankstoyourfamilies,aswell,becauseyoursacrificewastheirs,too.Allofyouwerethereformeeverystepoftheway.
Now,beinghuman,weareimperfect.That'swhyweneedeachother,tocatcheachotherwhenwefalter,toencourageeachotherwhenweloseheart.Somemaylead,somemayfollow,butnoneofuscangoitalone.
Thechangeswe'reworkingforarechangesthatwecanonlyaccomplishtogether.Life,libertyandthepursuitofhappinessarerightsthatbelongtousasindividuals.Butourlives,ourfreedom,ourhappinessarebestenjoyed,bestprotected,andbestadvancedwhenwedoworktogether.
Thatiswhatwewilldonow,aswejoinforceswithSenatorObamaandhiscampaign.Wewillmakehistorytogether,aswewritethenextchapterinAmerica'sstory.Wewillstandunitedforthevaluesweholddear,forthevisionofprogressweshare,andforthecountrywelove.

Iwilldoitwithaheartfilledwithgratitude,withadeepandabidingloveforourcountry,andwithnothingbutoptimismandconfidenceforthedaysahead.
Thisisnowourtimetodoallthatwecantomakesurethat,inthiselection,weaddanotherDemocraticpresidenttothatverysmalllistofthelast40yearsandthatwetakebackourcountryandonceagainmovewithprogressandcommitmenttothefuture.
