　　Theyarenotonlyhavingnofoodtoeatbutalsohavinglittlewatertodrink.Abowlofriceisveryrareforthem.

　　Seeingtheirlongingeyes,Ifeelguilty.Iamregretaboutwastingfoodbefore.

　　HowcanIwastesomuchrarefood?Fromnowon,Iwilltrymybesttosavefood,todosomethingforthem.

　　作為一個孩子，我是如此的幸運。我不用擔心食品的問題。我總是有充足的美味食物，住在大房子裡面，穿著漂亮的衣服。

　　我是如此的幸福，所以我都沒想過要珍惜這一切。我可以說得上是挑食的人。

　　我經常吃一樣菜只吃一點點，然後就扔掉了，因為我有很多的選擇。吃了幾道菜後我就會飽了。但是有一天，我在電視上看到一個新聞。

　　那是關於正在遭受飢餓的非洲兒童。他們是如此的可憐。他們既沒有食物也沒有多少水可以喝。一碗白飯對他們是那麼的彌足珍貴。看到他們那雙渴望的眼睛，我感到很內疚。我很後悔一直在浪費食物。我怎麼能浪費那麼珍貴的食物呢？從現在開始，我會努力節約糧食，為他們盡一份力。
