野外生態攝影大賽於2014年時開放了「公眾投票」項目，攝影師 Thomas Vijayan的照片從20,000張生態攝影作品中脫穎而出，成為2015年的得獎者。這次生態攝影比賽公眾投票，共得到來自超過100個國家、42,000名公眾的參與，以下是上年的得獎作品與入圍精選作品欣賞：
