Richly fatty tuna belly is a gourmet favourite. GIADA Garden pairs the tuna with silky buffalo mozzarella cheese for a new culinary experience, while sharp citrus is used to balance out the rich flavours.

This fragrant open raviolo are an Italian classic with a signature GIADA Garden twist. The open raviolo are made with two layers of pasta dough, one decorated with Italian parsley and one stained spring green with spinach juice. The filling makes the most of premium seafood.
