三年從教經歷，小編深深地感悟到自我教育的重要性。很多時候，別人所謂的苦口婆心和豐富經驗，其實一點用也沒有。苦痛和代價都是要自己去經歷和體會的，只有經歷過，才會懂得，才會去努力地一步步向上爬。或許，每個人都有一段徹悟的機緣，或早或晚而已。晚了，也不過是大器晚成。 而人生如逆旅，我輩也不過是這場聲勢浩大的旅途中的一員而已。這首詩，送給每一個努力向上，不曾輕棄的你我。

If you can't be a pine on the top of the hill,

如果你當不了山巔的一棵勁松，

Be a scrub in the valley—but be

The best little scrub by the side of the rill;

Be a bush if you can't be a tree.

If you can't be a bush be a bit of grass,

And some highway happier make;

If you can't be a muskie then just be a bass-

But the liveliest bass in the lake!

We can't all be captains, we've got to be crew,

我們不能全當船長，總得有人做船員，

There's something for all of us here.

但我們每個人都有事可做，

There's big work to do, and there's lesser to do,

有大事去做，有小事去做，

And the task you must do is the near.

If you can't be a highway then just be a trail,
