走進大堂，找到前臺，把護照遞給工作人員，然後說：

他們會給你鑰匙，去找房間就行了。
退房
同樣，你就說 I am checking out. 然後把鑰匙給他就行了！
如果你有額外消費，工作人員會對你說：
Your credit card will be charged a total of £256.78. Can
you sign on the bottom?
Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want

然後你籤單離開就行了。
如果不知道幾點鐘退房，可以提前向前臺詢問：

入住後，酒店可能會問你是否搬運箱包(need help with your bags)，如果需要的話要付小費，不想給就自己來，就說No thanks就好。
