「讀懂」英語，「能用」英語：Confirmed death toll

「學」形英語(If any at all)不是把自己當作「英譯漢」翻譯機器，「懂」漢語就是「懂」英語，不是一種只知漢語意思「結果」卻沒有使用英語「過程」的學習(If any at all)。

「讀」英語時「用」(已知的學過的)英語，「用」英語「學」英語「讀」英語：貫穿你一生的英語學習凝練起來就是這麼簡單一句話。把它做好做實，一生時間精力沒白耗，否則，把自己當做一個「用漢語學了幾句地道使用英語口語馬上可以到國外用的假象人」來「學」英語(if any at all)，「教」你的別人不坑你，你自己都會自己坑自己(時間和精力)。

一、「讀」英語就是在「用」(學過的已知的)英語，英語在滾動式學與用之中「前進進步」：

「讀」的是英語，「用」的卻是漢語「才懂」confirmed意思，一句英語都「說不出」，這樣的英語「學習」(if any at all)後患無窮啊。

為什麼不把已知的學過的高中英語the total number of people who die「用起來」，而偏偏只能用它的漢語意思「才能懂」？英語「學而不用」，「只學不用」害死人。

3.A 7.2-magnitude earthquake「難的」不是「不懂」它的漢語意思，難的是你不能用它的英語(音形義尤其「形」都做不到)：

Okay.I got you. A 7.2-magnitude earthquake means an earthquake measured 7.2 on Richter scale

既沒有人能完整地寫下Richter這個單詞，也沒有人在見到a 7.2-magnitude earthquake時「能用上」或者「說出」Richter這個詞，「只會」說它的漢語意思(你的漢語口語還需要練習嗎？為什麼老是說？)，這才是學英語一輩子沒有長進最要命的地方。

你是「能說」上面的英語「讀懂」struck，還是「只能說」(英譯漢)漢語「讀懂」struck呢？
