1.微調行/列寬度
用 Word 製作表格時,有時需要對行/列寬度進行一些微調,除了在表格屬性調整外,還有其他更簡便的方法。在 Word 表格,如果要知道行或列的寬度,除了可以在表格屬性中查看,還可以通過標尺的方式查看和調整。所以我們可以先點擊「視圖 - 標尺」來顯示標尺欄;接著按住滑鼠左鍵調整標尺的同時再按下右鍵,標尺上就會顯示出行或列的尺度。
PS:表格標尺的精確度為 0.01。
1. Fine-tune the row/column width
When making a table in Word, sometimes you need to make some fine-tuning of the row/column width, and there are easier ways to do so besides adjusting the table properties. 2.巧用表格實現對齊
表格是一個規整的形狀,所以能用它來實現對齊。先插入表格,在表格中依次輸入相關的內容,操作完成後,可以通過「選中表格 - 表格工具 - 設計 - 邊框 - 無框線」來取消表格中的線框,這時我們會發現文字不需要再次排版就能自動對齊。
